Learn how to make traditional French pastries yourself!
Your private chef (English bilingual) will reveal some secrets to mastering the techniques and some tips for remembering the steps for making your cakes a success! The most important thing for the chef is that you can make the same pastries yourself when you go home. This practical cooking workshop ends with a tasting. The privilege of this pastry course: the location, a beautifully furnished, warm and chic Parisian hideout, that perfectly masters the French way of life.
When booking, please confirm the type of pastry that you would like to make.
Option 1: “French snack” with “chouquettes”, “financiers” and shortbread biscuits (“sablés”)
Option 2: macaron
Option 3: éclair and puff pastry class
Option 4: French crepes with salted butter caramel, Chantilly cream, chocolate sauce and the chef’s surprise.
Option 5: traditional French cakes and tarts (chocolate fondant, tarte Tatin, seasonal fruit tart).

The most important thing for the chef is that you can make the same dishes yourself when you go home. So for your next dinner with friends, you can provide a “French touch”! This practical cooking workshop ends with a tasting, by tasting your own starter, main dish and dessert (with wine).

Cancellation policy
Special cancellation fees for the workshops and classes in the private Parisian apartment:
The booking is confirmed with the payment.
For any cancellation up to 20 days before the class, the payment is not refundable.
The payment is refunded for any cancellation 21 days before the class.
The additional time is invoiced at €100.
